This group is for anyone who want to take Nia Technique classes in Worcester County, Massachusetts. Nia Technique, or as I affectionately call it, LoveYourBody Fitness, is a wonderful blend of cardio dance, martial arts, and healing movement for women and men who want total wellness that feels great and is super fun!
